NP BRIJUNI - Golf course, Safari Park, Zoo
NP Brijuni is a stunning archipelago of 14 islands, but mega yachts and boats can anchor only on Mali Brijun or else use port facilites on Veliki Brijun.
For many years the island of Veliki Brijun was a holiday residence of former Yugoslav President Tito who used it to entertain world leaders and celebrities.
The Island is preserving the spirit of those days, so you can still find Tito’s old cars, furniture and facilities like the golf course( originally developed in 1922 and the largest in Europe at that time), safari park, and zoo.
It rightfully declares itself a paradise for yacht owners and their guests.

As George Bernard Shaw wrote: “On the last day of the Creation, God desired to crown his work and thus created the Kornati Islands out of tears, stars and breath”. The Kornati Islands are the largest and mostly unpopulated archipelago, made up of 147 islands, islets and reefs.
The islands, running from north-west to south-east, form four chains. The first two are very close to the mainland, while the other two face the open sea and make up part of Kornati National Park.
Because there is no fresh water on these islands they are mostly void of any vegetation, although some are covered with grass.
There is no ferry connection to Kornati Islands and the best way to visit them is with a yacht.
